Feel Better Now?

The goal was to make the taxpayers feel better by listing the salaries of Los Angeles City employees, For me it only brought to light the fact that I should not have wasted my money on college but concentrated on getting a job in the City of Los Angeles. I could be a janitor and make more money than I do now. Scroll through the 547 pages and see why taxes are so high.

    I used to think the same thing about my college education. Later I changed my mind when a co-worker of mine and I talked about whether we'd rather be dumb and happy or intelligent and miserable. We both chose intelligence and misery. Besides, there's always Scotch and soda to help numb the misery.
